Daren Thomas - Principal Broker & CEO 

Daren is a proven leader in the mortgage finance and real estate industry.  Having worked in mortgage finance for over 34 years he has helped hundreds of customers achieve their dreams of homeownership.  He understands that every customer possesses their own unique set of circumstances and so he caters his extensive knowledge and expertise to match the best loan product for the situation.  He lives by the Golden Rule and believes in treating everyone fairly and respectfully.  He is a graduate of the University of Florida where he earned a Bachelors Degree in Finance in 1991 and is a proud member of Kappa Sigma Fraternity and Florida Blue Key Leadership Honorary.  During his 34+ year career he has served in many leadership positions including, the Co-Founder and former Senior VP of Mortgage Operations at Lendmark Financial Services, a $2Billion company from 1996 to 2006 and most recently as the Regional Manager of Southpoint Financial Services in Navarre, FL for over 15 years.    He also believes strongly in serving his community and has served on several non-profit boards and is a proud Rotarian of the Navarre Rotary Club for the past 15 years where he has served as President twice.  He is a family man and married his college sweetheart over 30+ years ago and has three wonderful sons.
